Kinesiology taping
The creator of the kinesiological tape is Dr. Kenzo Kase who believed that muscles and other problematic tissues could be cured through external support. Elastic tape was developed to support, not restrict, muscle function. Kinesiological tape activates the body's natural healing process and restores normal functions. Although the tape was originally used only in medicine and on athletes, today the method is applied to athletes and non-athletes about 60/40.

Reminder:
After applying the tape, avoid exercising and getting the area wet for about 30-60 minutes to allow the adhesive to set properly. When drying the taped area after washing, do not rub it with the towel, to ensure the tape stays on longer. Also, be cautious when dressing to prevent clothing from pulling at the edges of the tape. It is easier to remove the tape while in the shower. Always remove the tape in the direction of hair growth!
