I am a massage therapy student at the Estonian School of Applied Massage and Therapy, and I offer Classical, Sports, and Therapeutic Massage. I am constantly expanding my skills with new massage techniques, so I can provide clients with a high-quality and thoughtful service.
We are each given only one body, and caring for it is essential if it is to serve us well for decades to come. In the fast pace of modern life this is easy to forget, yet setting aside regular time for ourselves is what keeps us in physical and mental balance. Massage is an excellent way to support the body’s recovery, release tension, and improve overall wellbeing.
I have practiced contact sports for 8 years, including Thai boxing and classical boxing, which has given me a good understanding of the body’s load, recovery, and endurance, as well as our weak points. In summer, I enjoy cycling, which supports my active lifestyle and deepens my interest in how the body works.
Massage is an individual experience — I listen to each client’s needs and adjust the massage accordingly, so the result is as effective and supportive as possible.
