I hold a Level 5 professional massage therapist qualification and I’m passionate about helping people feel better, both physically and mentally. Studying to become a massage therapist was a deliberate choice for me — I believe I understand the work-related aches people struggle with, and I know how to relieve them through massage.
I have completed thorough training in a range of massage types — from Classical and Sports Massage to Thai, Lymphatic, Segmental, and Children’s Massage. I have also furthered my skills in Honey, Cupping, and Indian Head Massage.
To me, it’s important to understand what a person is going through in their body — whether that’s pain from poor posture or excess tension, stress, or the need to recover from physical activity. I approach every client individually and choose techniques based on what the body needs in that moment.
I believe massage shouldn’t only be relaxing — it should be effective and produce results. A healthy lifestyle is a natural part of my life, and as an amateur athlete, I know well how important it is to take care of the body proactively, too.
If you feel your body needs support and care, you are very welcome to come see me for a massage!
